The development has been awarded an "excellent" rating for its design and management in the building research
establishment environmental assessment method (BREEAM) having scored a 9 out of a possible 10.

Malliouhana Hotel and Spa, Anguilla, British West Indies

Interwest manufactured and installed windows, entrance screens and curtain walling to the new spa at the award winning Malliouhana Hotel on the Leeward Islands in the Carribean.

This was the first manufacture and install export contract for Interwest and it was necessary to design the products to withstand exceptional exposure conditions including steel reinforced fenestration.
